Grout Sealing and Colorsealing

Step 1: We apply an alkaline based cleaner to the floor and allow it to dwell for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Using hot water/steam that is produced from our truck mount unit, we thoroughly wash, rinse and extract the dirt, oils, and dirty water from of the pores of the tile and grout. This is a new technology that allows us to power wash in your home or business without causing damaging overspray or overwetting. Some stains will not come out because they actually dye the grout. However, between the combination of heat, water pressure (agitation), and suction most stains will be removed.

Step 3: Next we will expedite the drying process buy employing air handlers. After the space is dry we will inspect the floors to see the true condition of the grout and see if there is any permanent staining or discoloration.

Step 4: At this point we can truly evaluate the floor and we can then offer you two options.
A. Clear sealing - If you are happy with the condition of the grout we can clear seal the floor to protect it from future staining and ease of cleaning.
B. Color sealing - If the results do not meet your expectations and there is a considerable amount of staining and discoloration, we can recolor the grout to any color of your choice. The color sealer will never discolor, grow mold or mildew, for the life of the floor.
